ASHLEE SIMPSON's new single OUTTA MY HEAD is off the chain. Despite the early leak of MURDER (which sounded like poop) ASHLEE actually has a hit on her hands. Of course, she grabbed TIMBO to do production on this but it doesnt sound like typical Timbaland--its heavily rock and techno influenced.
